1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders only within Australia.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed.
3. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT, London Time) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) once your order is dispatched.
5. What is the total delivery time?
From the time you place your order to the time it arrives, delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
6. Do you charge for shipping?
No. We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Australia.
7. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship orders through trusted partners such as Australia Post, Toll Group, and FedEx for deliveries within Australia.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we also allow exchanges.
9. How long do I have to return an item?
You may return or exchange an item within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided it is in new and unused condition.
10. How do I get a refund, and how long does it take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive your returned item. A prepaid return label is included in your package at no cost, and there are no restocking fees.
